Couldn’t resist visiting this “highlight” of utopian architecture designed by Jean Balladur in the sixties. This new town built in the swamps close to Montpellier is designed for the growing middle-class of the 1960’s. Issue 64 of Oase magazine from 2004 analyzes this phenomenon together with similar projects in the alps.
